Alexandra Gation is a program and operations leader with a background spanning international development, advocacy, and private sector operations. She has managed complex portfolios across Latin America and the Caribbean at IRI, led national civic engagement infrastructure at the ACLU, and built the operational systems, financial controls, and performance frameworks that allow leadership teams to make confident, forward-looking decisions. She holds a Master of International Affairs and Diplomacy from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Concordia University. Originally from Haiti, she brings a globally minded perspective and a deep commitment to advancing impact across diverse communities.
