RMS works to ensure businesses prosper, and that the benefits ripple across communities and throughout the economy.

The Business & Democracy Initiative mobilizes business leaders committed to protecting our elections and rebuilding trust in democratic institutions, because we know that a strong American democracy is the cornerstone of a dynamic and inclusive American economy. The AARP Family Caregiving Team and Public Private Strategies partnered to create this site to provide resources and guidance to millions of business owners across the United States. Both of our organizations know firsthand the challenges employee-caregivers and their employers face.
