Celia is an Associate at Public Private Strategies (PPS), having joined the team in summer of 2023. In her role at PPS Celia primarily works on policy issues around paid leave, retirement, and small business. Additionally, she supports the Small Business for America’s Future initiative in connecting business owners to the important policy issues of the day. 

Prior to joining PPS, Celia interned at Girls Learn International, Inc., where she worked closely with students preparing for the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. Earlier, she worked as a research assistant in the Criminal Justice Department at Rutgers University. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Rutgers in January 2024.
