Chelsie Kramer is an Advisor to Public Private Strategies (PPS). Chelsie is based in Houston, Texas, and brings over a decade of experience in facilitating connections between the Texas business community and policymakers at both state and federal levels. Formerly serving as Gulf Coast Executive Director for the Texas Association of Businesses, Chelsie transitioned to roles as the Texas State Organizer for New American Economy (NAE) and later the American Immigration Council. Before her tenure with these organizations, she worked as a legislative staffer for a prominent Republican state Senator and contributed to various statewide campaigns.

Currently, Chelsie is engaged with the American Immigration Council as their Texas Organizer and leads their Texas business coalition. Additionally, she serves as a consultant for the Texas Association of Business (TAB), fulfilling roles as Regional Engagement Advisor and Director of Operations for TAB’s Foundation. Her primary focus remains on empowering the Texas business community to advocate for sensible policies that benefit all Texans.
