Geneva Williams

Geneva Williams is an Associate at Public Private Strategies (PPS). In her role at PPS she works diligently with her team and analyzes complex policies that affect stakeholders ranging from small business owners to Fortune 500 companies.


Currently, Geneva specializes in timely policies such as the State Small Business Credit, the Inflation Reduction Act, Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, and the CHIPS and Science Act.


Geneva holds a B.A. degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania. During her time at UPenn, she studied public policy on Capitol Hill and interned full-time as a congressional aid for the U.S. House of Representatives. In addition, Geneva has internship experience working in numerous industries in technology, research, and private equity. As a champion for social justice, Geneva frequently engages in community service opportunities through teaching middle-school students financial literacy, mentoring high school students with college and career readiness resources, and providing free tax counseling as an IRS-certified volunteer for under-served communities.


In her spare time, Geneva loves roller skating, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
