Niccole Dreiling is a seasoned professional serving as Special Assistant to the Executive Office and Operations Manager at Public Private Strategies. With over two decades of experience, Niccole excels in providing dedicated support to executive teams and overseeing administrative and operational projects.


Her expertise spans various industries including family investment offices, alternative finance, technology, and hospitality, cultivated through roles in Austin, Washington, DC, and New York. Niccole has a proven track record of leading initiatives in administrative management, organizational change, and technical transformation. Her comprehensive skill set encompasses executive office management, technology integration, strategic initiatives, risk management, and event coordination. Noteworthy achievements include spearheading cost-saving measures, championing operational excellence, and actively leading technology committees.


Beyond her professional endeavors, Niccole demonstrated compassion and commitment by stepping away from her career to care for her grandfather, a retired NFL player battling concussion dementia during the COVID pandemic and throughout his home hospice. Inspired by this experience, she founded Infini II LLC, offering integrative caregiving, lifestyle management, and wellness services to private clients.

Niccole is a certified trauma-informed RYT-200 Yoga Practitioner by Yoga Alliance and a Usui Reiki Master. She apprenticed under the founder of The Natural Epicurean, where she was certified in Macrobiotic Culinary Arts with a focus on healing with whole foods. Additionally, Niccole pursued Information Systems Management studies at the State University of New York.


Committed to giving back, Niccole has been an active fundraiser and crisis intervention volunteer for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention since 1999.
