Glynda Brown is Senior Advisor for Programs and Operations at Public Private Strategies (PPS), & acting Chief Operating Office. She also co-leads our equity and inclusion work. 

In her role at PPS, Glynda oversees our programmatic & operational activities in coordination with our senior leadership team. 

While Glynda has deep experience in operational strategy and organizational development, she is also a highly accomplished investment banking executive with more than 15 years of experience. She began her career leading strategic, technical, product and sales teams with JPMorgan Chase, Citi Private Bank, and Wachovia Capital Markets.

Glynda also volunteers her time to increase healthcare equity and parity. She is a Director on Whitman Walker's Health System, Health Center, Foundation and Real Properties boards. She chose to serve with Whitman Walker because of their mission and dedication to providing culturally affirming care and to serving populations who don't currently have convenient access to high-quality medical care. Through her service, Glynda hopes to help further the goal of providing high-quality healthcare in a safe environment and free of bias, judgment, and discrimination.

Glynda holds a BS degree in Computer Science, and an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School, New York, NY.
